Planning for a potential Canada Post mail service disruption

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has issued a 72-hour strike notice. This indicates a potential Canada Post mail service disruption could start as early as Friday, November 15, depending on the results of ongoing labour negotiations.

If you typically mail payments, applications, registrations or other documents to the Municipality, a mail service disruption could delay their arrival and lead to late fees or longer processing times.

Please note that South Huron offers many alternative payment and document delivery options.
