Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting has been scheduled, at the Call of the Chair for 
Monday, January 27, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers (322 Main Street South, Exeter).

This is a continuation of the Public Meeting held December 16, 2024, to provide members of the 
Public and Council with the opportunity to provide comments on the revised Official Plan. For 
information on the Official Plan Review please visit the project page on southhuron.ca.

The agenda for the Public Meeting will be published on southhuron.ca in accordance with the 
municipal Procedural By-Law. Members of the public are welcome to attend Council chambers to 
participate in the meeting or contact the planning department op@southhuron.ca should you wish to 
participate virtually.

A livestream of the meeting will be available on southhuron.ca as well as the municipal YouTube channel.
