At its Regular Meeting on November 18th, 2024, South Huron Council received staff reports on topics including:

• South Huron Recreation Centre Kitchen Exhaust Improvements Tender Award
• South Huron Building Condition Assessment Consultant Reports
• HR Annual Update
• 2024 Third Quarter Operating Budget Variance
• 2023 Annual Development Charges
• 2024 Council Expenses as of September 30, 2024
• 2025 Council and Committee Meeting and Holiday Schedule

Council also received the following presentations/delegations:

• Municipal Building Condition Assessment Reports as presented by Aimal Azeez of Rimkus
• 2025 Budget of the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority as presented by Davin Heinbuck.
• Future dog park in Exeter as presented by Abby and Jeff Hannah

At the Special Council Meeting on November 19^th discussing the front-ending agreement proposed by Tridon Properties Ltd. Council received presentations from GEI Consultants, Watson and Associates and Lerners LLP.
