The Heritage Advisory Committee Meeting originally scheduled for January 15, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. has been cancelled at the Call of the Chair due to inclement weather. 

Notice is hereby given that Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of South Huron intends to adopt the 2025 Municipal Budget at the Regular Council Meeting on January 13, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting has been scheduled, at the Call of the Chair for Monday, January 27, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers (322 Main Street South, Exeter).

At its Regular Meeting on December 16th, 2024, South Huron Council received staff reports on topics including:

This week the contractor completed any remaining paving planned for 2024, temporary line markings were painted, and the site prepared for winter shut down.

The South Huron Landfill has reopened to the public for regular hours. All municipal facilities, including Town Hall, South Huron Rec Centre and Stephen Township Arena are open for regular hours.

The Significant Weather Event declaration remains in effect for municipal roads and sidewalks.
