Exeter Business Improvement Area (BIA)

EXPERIENCE EXETER HISTORIC HEADER - 150 YEARS OLD IN 2023

The Exeter Business Improvement Area (BIA) is an association that represents over 225 local businesses and commercial property owners in Exeter. The organization works to create a thriving, competitive and safe business area to attract shoppers, diners, tourists and new businesses. The approved Terms of Reference outlines the objectives and responsibilities of the BIA. 

The BIA resides in the South Huron Welcome Centre where you will find tourism information, regional brochure and a selection of heritage information. The Welcome Centre also provides public washrooms for those visiting the Exeter Downtown shopping district from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
