Overview

The Municipality of South Huron passed a municipal-wide Development Charges By-Law that came into effect on March 17, 2020. This background study project will provide an update to the 2020 study and be prepared pursuant to the requirements of the Development Charges Act 1997 (s.10), and accordingly, recommends new Development Charges (D.C.s) and policies for the Municipality of South Huron (Municipality).
