Zoning

South Huron's Zoning By-laws are one of the municipality's primary tools for implementing its Official Plan and contains definitions, general provisions, zones/zoning maps, and zone provisions.

The Zoning By-laws describe what types of uses are permitted, where buildings or structures may be located, and standards for parking requirements, lot size, building height, and setbacks. Zoning By-laws are legally enforceable documents.
