Signs

South Huron's sign by-law regulates the use of signs and other advertising devices within South Huron.

Except for signs referred to in Section 2.7 of the sign by-law, no sign shall be erected, displayed, structurally repaired or altered unless a sign permit application has been received and a sign permit obtained. For information on sign permit fees, please refer to the sign by-law.

If the provisions of the sign by-law cannot be met, a sign variance application may be made to Council for a variance from the by-law. Sign variances are subject to a $200 administration charge.
